Fire Alarm Services

The Fire Alarm Services comprise the maintenance and repair of the fire alarm detection systems and installations in each building as detailed within the Schedule of Buildings and Fire Alarm Systems in Annex A of the Invitation to Tender. The information within Annex A is derived from the 100% surveys undertaken during 2014. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and support of these systems as defined in the tender. The contract will commence on the 1st February 2016 and run for 3 years. The University will have the option to extend for one further year.
