Understanding how minoritised parents experience the presumption of parental involvement

The aim of this research is to explore the experience of parents who are less often heard in family justice research to understand how they feel their personal and cultural characteristics or concerns/allegations of a risk of harm have impacted upon their experience of making child arrangements through the court and the courts application of the presumption in their case.
