Liverpool GreenUP - Baltic Quarter Landscaping Works

The Authority is wishing to contract for the design and installation of rainwater garden within the Baltic Quarter in Liverpool. The works will also include the installation of feature tree planting in large planters and associated preparation works for the installation of the planters, soft works and maintenance. Additional provisional works include the installation of build outs for planters on Blundell Street and design, installation and maintenance of green screens on Aigburth Road. The works will include all survey work required, production of detailed design proposals and construction information, installation of the gardens, all H&S management and ongoing maintenance and establishment for two years. The works to include all preparation, hard surfacing, drainage, planting and establishment.
