Maintenance of Hobart Catering Equipment (160205)

The Terms and Conditions of the current Contract 160205 have been varied to allow for 3 x 6 months provision for extension, which may be utilised where the renewal procurement exercise is delayed, where there are no suitable tenders or where the procurement is the subject of a legal challenge preventing the award of the contract(s). This Modification Notice is to inform the market that the contracts outlined earlier may be extended by up to 18 months over and above the duration stated in Section II.2.7.
