Provision of Fertility Treatment - In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and IntraCytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) Services

NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (NHS Arden & GEM CSU) on behalf of the East Midlands Clinical Commissioning Groups which includes NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NNCCG) acting as lead Commissioners on behalf of NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (DDCCG), NHS Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (LCCG) and NHS Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NCCG) (referred to as “the Commissioners or CCGs”) are inviting suitably qualified providers capable of delivering Fertility Treatment (Invitro Fertilisation and Intracytoplasmic sperm injection - IVF & ICSI) Services for the patients registered with member GP Practices of the CCG’s, for which they are the responsible Commissioner. These services are delivered as zero value / zero volume contracts paid on tariff for activity undertaken. Activity is driven by patient choice.
