Option Assessment for Soft Facilities Management

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is seeking to procure a professional services contract to complete an options assessment for soft facilities management within the organisation (“the Service”). The purpose of the contract will be to improve estate functions and deliver any changes necessary which will enable RBKC to realise optimal outputs. The services in scope impact upon internal stakeholders but also the public that RBKC serves, as a result the service delivered will operate in line with Corporate Strategy and fit the needs of the service users.
