Cleaning Services

The Council is seeking a contractor for cleaning services to deliver the high standards of cleaning and hygiene required in line with an increasing focus on demonstrating value for money. Also, the Council recognises the value of a clean and hygienic working environment for staff and visitors alike and has an expectation of high standards within its facilities. Cleaning services are required for 52 weeks per annum at • Pathfinder House - Mon to Fri • Eastfield House - Mon to Fri • Huntingdon Bus Station, public conveniences and waiting room - Mon to Sun • Multi-storey car park - Mon to Sun • Common area of St Ives Enterprise Centre - Mon to Fri (two days only) • Hinchingbrooke Park Countryside Centre - Mon to Fri • 4 Sports pavilions - Mon only The Council uses an e-tendering portal (ProContract) which has all the documentation and should be used for messaging/clarifications.
