Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

WFD is looking to procure the supply, implementation and maintenance support of a new Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") solution to transfer data on stakeholders to. It should be able to hold contact information, monitor stakeholder interactions and key programme evaluation data, which will enable WFD to strengthen its communications and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
