LB Newham Stroke Contract

The London Borough of Newham invites express of interest the overall management of the Contract for the Provision of a Stroke Prevention and Support Service in the London Borough of Newham. The Contract shall commence on the 1st April 2020 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue until the 31st March 2021 with an option to extend for one further year on council sole discretion. The provider along with council shall be responsible for the needs assessment, care management and review of vulnerable adults and their carers; and the planning, development and provision and commissioning of services and partnerships.
