HIS Heating system for La Ciotat House

Homes in Sedgemoor requires a suitably qualified contractor to design and install a new space heating and hot water system to La Ciotat House, a block of 81 general needs bedsits and 1 bedroom flats. The existing system is a gas fired communal system supplying the flats and communal areas via gas fired boilers, calorifiers and radiator distribution system. There is an on roof plant room. The new system may be communal, individual or a combination of both. All technologies will be considered including green technologies such as biomass and GSHP. Proposed communal heating systems should include provision for individual metering to meet the Heat Metering Regulations. HIS are proposing a design and build contract to meet the above requirements.
