Award of a Call of Contract under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Numeracy & Literacy Programme for residents of HMP Stafford to facilitate a Literacy and Numeracy programme that will address the barriers that exist with prisoners who have low levels of literacy and numeracy. To provide informal learning support at entry-level, to supplement formal provision provided by the Prison Education Framework (PEF), establishing a pathway into classroom-based learning and contributing to the broader educational strategy within the prison.
