Description

To carry out various Reactive Repairs to occupied properties within the Council Housing stock located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. This contract is separated into Lots by Geographical Area as below: Lot 1 (North) – £1,200,000 per annum/£7,200,000 overall Lot 2 (East) – £1,300,000 per annum/£7,800,000 overall Lot 3 (West) – £1,000,000 per annum/£6,000,000 overall Each area requires all objectives of the Reactive Repairs scope to be carried out within the specified area for that Lot. One supplier will be appointed to each Lot. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more lots and but will only be appointed to a maximum of ONE lot if successful. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 12,000 properties with more properties being added on a regular basis. The contract scope requires the successful supplier(s) to provide a qualified and experienced team to carry out all Reactive Repairs under Objectives 1-9, with the provision of a 24/7 Call-Out Service for Objectives 1, 2 & 3 for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in that specific lot, within the prescribed times. Working restrictions will apply.
