GSP1278 - Vending Services

The House of Commons [The "Authority"] Catering Services is seeking to introduce a new Vending Service, that will operate 24 hours per day throughout the year (including Sundays and Bank Holidays), to offer food and drinks to Members' of Parliament, their staff, the workplace community and guests; the service is expected to operate predominantly in locations without proximity to a catering facility and serving as an 'out of hours' service when venues may be closed.
