Description
West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is looking for a supplier to provide refurbishment works for a new Lantern in its St Bernard site located in West London. The project is to be carried out in two phases. Phase 1: 7 week period comprising installation of temporary scaffold roof, the removal of light fittings, carpets, blinds, electrical heaters, detectors etc, removal of lantern complete, construction of kerbs, upstands, flashings etc and installation of a temporary weatherproof cover to the lantern opening. Phase 2: 7 week period comprising the removal of the temporary weatherproof cover over the lantern opening, installation of new lantern, removal of temporary scaffold roof and redecorations, new carpet and other reinstatement to the existing office. There will be a period between the end of Phase 1 and the begining of Phase 2 to accomodate the lead in period for the new lantern. The main contractor is to provide this period based on their preferred lantern sub contractor.
