Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council issued the Invitation to Tender to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the requirement and outcomes as described in the ITT document. Your company (the "Tenderer") was invited to tender in accordance with the details, scope of contract, conditions of contract and all other attachments provided as part of this tender on behalf of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The package of works is to manage, design and construct the highway works based on the Design prepared by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's consultant Designer AECOM.
