Rushmoor Borough Council is inviting quotations from consultants with demonstrable and successful experience, leading collaborative consultations with a diverse range of residents, cultural organisations and key stakeholders across economy, health and education. This process will produce a new cultural strategy and establish a new Cultural Compact which maximises the role of arts and culture in building an inclusive economy and creates thriving local communities.
