Provision of a Car Park for Upper Barclay Street - Ipswich - AWARD

Ipswich Borough Council intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Tenderer (the "Service Provider") for the duration of the build which is estimated to be around 19 weeks. The site has been used as a car park and goods yard for the Co-op department store. Part of the site was until recently a co-op garden centre/ daily living store which has been demolished. The site has been part of Ipswich for hundreds of years and previous developments will have been on site It is believed there may be multiple buried services within the area.
