Boarding Up Services in Essex

East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust would like to contract with a company for boarding up services in the county of Essex. The successful supplier will be able to manage ad hoc call-outs to patient properties which have been compromised for welfare reasons, and to manage a cost recovery process to deliver a nearly cost neutral service to the Trust.
