The Supply of Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Salads

As part of the Central Production Unit (CPU) at Darlington Memorial Hospital, CDD Services require a contractor, or contractors, to fulfil the needs and requirements for fresh fruits, vegetables and salads to produce and contribute to the making of fresh meals across Trust sites. Ensuring quality, and continuity of supply is essential to this procurement as the demand for food at Darlington Memorial Hospital must be met. As such, JR Holland Food Services have been appointed as the sole provider of fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads via direct award from a framework delivered by NHS Supply Chain.
