Ashford and St.Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust requires a Lead /Principal Designer for the relocation of five services in an area of the state that is to be sold. Feasibility studies have been concluded and appropriate development space within the main hospital site identified. The Trust requires relocation of the First Steps Nursery, the small Estates team with workshop space, the transport section with a small office space and secure parking for vans, a single re-useable waste compactor, and staff car parking spaces that will be lost on the disposed land.
