Public Path Orders associated with the upgrade of Wainwright's Coast to Coast path to become a National Trail

This tender is for the provision of a contractor to create Public Path Orders (PPO's) to: • Ensure that there is a legal Right of Way for every section in that falls within the area of the Lake District National Park. • Satisfactorily resolve alignment issues (where the definitive line of existing RoW don't match trods/routes taken on the ground). • Potentially secure higher status for some categories of existing RoW.
