9802 - Heartsease and Other Sites, Concrete Repairs, Stairs and Deck Membrane Replacement - AWARD

Norwich City Council requires a single contractor to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low-rise properties which are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Property Services Team. The scope of works comprises of: o Concrete repairs to existing precast concrete Omnia landings and reinforced concrete roof slab. o Installation of new foundations and associated specialist ground improvement works. o Removal of existing defective precast concrete stair flights o Installation of new galvanised steel staircases and handrails o Installation of new galvanised structural steel framing to support landings. o Application of liquid applied waterproof roof membrane coatings to flat roofs. o Application of liquid applied waterproof deck membrane coatings to landing slabs. o Undertaking of drainage repairs. o Provision of temporary staircases to enable the works.
