Provision of Digital Delivery Change

The Services to be provided as follows: Provide awareness training for JMG clinicians and managers on how digital change is different from more traditional approaches. Provide, tailor and test a quality process and improvement methodology to support digitally-enabled change as part of the Digital Triage facility to drive benefit, based on best practice recognised in Government and knowledge of the military and medical cultures. Provide advisory and mentoring support for teams engaged in developing, initiating and driving the Digital Triage facility.
