Description
Design And Construction Of A New Skate Park In Sprowston, Norwich, Norfolk. Site Location : Development Land off Blue Boar Lane, Norwich, NR7 8RJ. What3words: oval.edits.pads X (Easting), 626075; Y (Northing), 311533 Latitude, 52.654367; Longitude 1.3410415 Sprowston Town Council intends to tender for the design and construction of a new skate park facility on development land off Blue Boar Lane. The project will include: • Full design and build of a bespoke high quality skate park over an approximate area of 50m x 50m • All planning permissions (if required) and public consultation requirements • Installation of a new UKPN power supply to support lighting infrastructure • Associated works including drainage, surfacing, and street furniture as required Suppliers are required to give an in-person presentation (max 30 mins.) in support of their skate park design and submission. Presentations will be made to an Evaluation Panel in w/c 2nd March 2026 (date tbc, but possibly Friday 6th), at Sprowston Town Council Offices, Recreation Ground Road, Norwich, NR7 8EW. Full details will be made available when the open and competitive tender opens on 26th January 2026.
