Warm Home Essentials (Phase 2 Carpeting)

The Kent County Council has procured a carpeting provider that can provide both practical and administrative support to Warm Home Essential Scheme (phase 2) to residents when arranging and receiving essential support. Contract has a initial term of 6 months with the option to extend for a further 6 months if the service is required. This contract was awarded via a competitive quotation process.
