Vehicle Shop Mezzanine Floor via EPH Construction Consultancy Framework EPHF21-001

Braintree District Council (BDC) requires a full project management service for the construction of a mezzanine floor in our vehicle workshop. This will include creating the technical specification for the mezzanine floor, schedule of works, certification of payments, supervision of the construction works, and certification of completed works. The mezzanine floor will store shelves of smaller vehicles parts. You may also be required to assist with any technical clarification questions during the works tendering period and be part of the evaluation panel. The quote should include sums for the writing of the technical specifications and project management of the build. This is a call off from EPH Construction Consultancy Framework EPHF21-001 via Lot 4.
