PAS 2035 RETROFIT DESIGN & CO-ORDINATOR ROLE SHDF WAVE 2: Greenworks at Washacre\r The purpose of the Retrofit services is to comply with PAS 2035, Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund - Wave 2. \r Bolton at Home is undertaking a retrofit scheme on some of its properties and requires PAS2035 compliant Retrofit Coordination and Design Services to around 200 properties in the Washacre area of Westhoughton, Bolton. The successful provider will be contracted directly to Bolton at Home and will work closely with the main contractor appointed to the scheme, Bolton at Home will provide the successful bidder with the retrofit assessments that are currently being undertaken.
