Description
This is to give interested providers notice of a market Engagement Event hosted by the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub, part of the Lancashire Combined County Authority (LCCA). This in-person event is designed for training providers, colleges, and stakeholders across Lancashire to engage the market with the following: Adult Skills Fund - Strategic Objectives & Delivery in Lancashire: Gain insight into LCCA's strategic objectives and contribute to shaping the delivery of the devolved Adult Skills Fund across Lancashire. Skills Bootcamps - Programme Update & Market Engagement: Help shape the priorities for the next wave of Skills Bootcamps and hear the latest programme updates. Please note: - The market engagement event is for providers who deliver or wish to deliver adult skills training within Lancashire. - This exercise is for information only. - Any organisation who participates (or non-participates) in this event will neither be advantaged nor disadvantaged should LCCA decide to embark on a future procurement process. Any information provided at this event will be made available to all suppliers during any future procurement process. Any dates provided within this notice are purely indicative and should not be construed as notice of a procurement or contract. Should the LCCA decide to proceed with any procurement process, further notices will be published via this platform and will contain relevant details and timescales as required under the Procurement Act 2023.

The contracting authority intends to establish an open framework, under the light touch provisions of PA23. The Framework will operate in accordance with schedule 10 of the Framework Agreement (see tender documents appendix A - Framework Terms and Conditions) The Contracting Authority intends for the initial framework ("Framework 1") to remain in place for up to 3 years, with a reopening planned for autumn 2029 to establish "Framework 2." It is anticipated that the framework will be reopened at least once more before its conclusion, thereby establishing "Framework 3." The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reopen the framework as often as necessary to meet service requirements. However, at the time of this publication, it is intended that the framework will be opened at least twice during its duration. The open framework, including all schemes established under it, is expected to operate for up to 8 years, from 2026 until 2034.
