Description
Coventry City Council (CCC) have secured part European Regional Development Funds (ERDF) funding to appoint a contractor to supply and install solar photovoltaic systems on a number of properties within its building portfolio. The successful contractor will be awarded the full end-to-end contract for the design, supply, installation and verification of the Solar PV projects within the scope of the ERDF project. The contract will run for a fixed period to March 2023, however, the Council reserves the right to extend the contract beyond this should other associated Solar PV works be identified. The contract will also include the option for the Council to award ongoing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services contract for the completed scheme to the successful contractor. To award this work to a Contractor, the Council intends to run a further competition using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets (HELGA) RM3824.
