Economic Consultancy to support a comprehensive programme of work which will transform Plymouth City Centre over the coming 10 to 15 years.\r \r The Economic Consultancy Partner will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide expert advice to the Council providing economic research, analysis and lead the development and drafting of Green Book compliant businesses cases. The outputs from this work will be used to support key decisions, local policy development and business cases for funding applications.
