Summative Assessment AD:VENTURE Business Growth Programme

Tender to provide a summative assessment for the AD: Venture Young Business Growth Programme. Ad: Venture is an ambitious cross sectoral programme that delivers across Leeds City Region (excluding Barnsley1 ).The programme provides provide a range of support to new and young business up to 3 years old and is delivered by a consortium of delivery partners; the West and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, the Business Enterprise Fund (BEF), Leeds Trinity and Leeds Beckett Universities, The Prince's Trust and 9 Local Authorities. AD:VENTURE is receiving £11,201,416 of funding from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. The total programme value is £22,402,832 and closes in June 2023. Tenderers will need to consider the following: • programme planning, • reporting and communication, • relevance and consistency, • delivery and management, • progress against targets and the nature and scale of impact that has been achieved.
