Building Surveying Consultancy Services

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (the "Council") is tendering for a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide building surveying consultancy services to support and complement existing in-house resources in delivering a number of projects i. Project 1 - Former Blackamoor Inn ("Blackamoor") Demolition and ground clearance of the former Blackamoor Including associated Party Wall works. ii. Project 2 - Former Fleece Public House ("Fleece") Demolition and ground clearance of the former Fleece Public House iii. Project 3 - Development Plot 2 ("Plot 2") Demolition of redundant site structures and ground clearance and levelling of Plot 2, Carl Fogarty Way.
