Description

The NWUPC has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of White Goods and Associated Products and Services. The Authority is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) on behalf of members of NWUPC, APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, SUPC and CPC. This means that OCBs referred to in the OJEU Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement. The Contract Notice has been advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and the Tender is being conducted under the EU Procurement Directives, open Procedure. This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st September 2016 for an initial period of 24 months until 31st August 2018 with the option to extend the Agreement for 2 x 12 months until 31st August 2020 subject to satisfactory supplier performance.
