Replacement of University Fire Alarms

Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire for: The replacement of Fire Detection / Alarm Systems, conducted under the University's Asset Replacement Programme) The university of Nottingham is looking to create an approved Database (ASD), a list of pre-approved suppliers capable of replacing old UoN fire alarms systems. The UoN would like to appoint a number of suppliers (Approx 3 companies) for a series of projects to be completed as part of the university's asset replacement programme (Replacing existing fire alarms within university buildings over a number of years). This pre-market questionnaire will be issued to potential bidders for the upcoming ASD tender. Successful suppliers will be invited to tender for a place on the approved supplier list. To confirm, business is not guaranteed should you secure a place on the approved supplier list - The University may direct award business or invite approved suppliers to a further competition for a specific project / works. The university has a budget to replace old, existing fire alarms which must be completed before the end of the university financial year (31st July 2025).
