Provision of Pest Pest Control Services V2

Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is inviting responses for the provision of communal Pest Control Services. The proposed contract will cover both communal works as well as works in individual properties, where required. Full details of this opportunity are found within all associated documents. The contract is expected to value £550,000 in its entirety, with contract period for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred Supplier, with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months plus 12 months (24 months) The anticipated contract commencement date is 30th March 2026
