Future Adults Social Care - Diagnostic Review - Further Competition via ESPO 664_25 Consultancy Services Framework

Westmorland and Furness Council carried out a further competition, via the ESPO 664_25 Consultancy Services Framework, for a highly experienced consultancy to work with Westmorland & Furness Adults Social Care and its supporting service teams to create future operating model options. This critical work will shape the council's direction of travel for ASC over the next 3-5 years, and inform sector-leading approaches to financial sustainability, integration and partnerships and required operational change to ensure we meet the needs of our residents.
