SDNPA Planning Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021 - AWARD

South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) is the statutory planning authority for the South Downs National Park. It is one of the largest planning authorities in the country, receiving over 5,000 planning applications each year. SDNPA is seeking an agency to undertake a survey with planning applicants and agents, and parish council clerks between October and December 2021 to ascertain the current levels of customer satisfaction and to measure any change since the 2017 survey.
