Description
In alignment with De Montfort University (DMU)'s Empowering University Strategy, the Empowering People theme aims to promote positive health and wellbeing across the University. A contracted Occupational Health Service (OHS) Service Provider shall support the delivery of this objective by contributing to the University's strategic targets through the provision of a comprehensive OHS for DMU employees (excluding students), supporting health and wellbeing, enabling effective and supportive reasonable adjustments, as well as enabling employees to stay in work. The purpose of the tender exercise is to review our existing OHS provision to ensure that we have a cost-effective, high-quality OHS in place. The procurement will be undertaken by means of Further Competition under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Consortium (ESPO) framework Occupational Health Services; framework reference 985B_23. This further competition is being carried under Lot 1 Occupational Health Services, and all suppliers on this Lot are invited to submit a proposal. (For information, the procurement follows on from a Market Engagement exercise carried out by the University, ref.2025/S 000-074168)
