Day to day repairs (excluding gas) for homes in Somerset and Dorset

Tamar invites expressions of interest from contractors for the supply of a day to day repairs service (excluding gas repairs and servicing) for our approximately 125 properties in Somerset, Dorset and East Devon. Contractors may bid for any of 4 lots; Lot 1 - Bridgwater - 24 properties Lot 2 - Yeovil and Sherborne - 90 properties Lot 3 - Shaftesbury - 9 properties Lot 4 - Axminster - 6 properties or, contractors may bid for all of these properties. A separate opportunity is available for gas servicing and repairs.
