An IT based self-assessment tool made up of three core components: " E-Learning " Risk Assessment " Management Information and surveys This allows staff and contractors to: " View training material on the correct way to set up and use their display screen equipment " Complete a self-assessment of their work environment " Execute the correct follow up procedures where action is identified as being required The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations places a duty on the employer to train staff on the safe execution of duties and to conduct risk assessments to ensure these duties are carried out with minimal risk; records are maintained to confirm this.
