Description
The commissioned service will deliver a comprehensive, cross-regional victim support programme across Norfolk and Suffolk: an integrated victim support model, encompassing assessment, intervention, and referral pathways. Key service features include: Holistic Victim Assessment & Support: a streamlined approach to identifying victim needs and delivering appropriate support or onward referrals; Inclusive Service Delivery: full accessibility for individuals with protected characteristics, ensuring compliance with equality and diversity standards; Tailored Interventions: A diverse portfolio of support options designed to meet the varied and complex needs of victims across crime types. The contract does not include provision for standard-risk Domestic Abuse support, which will be commissioned separately. The initial contract will be awarded for three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional years (via 1+1 extension), subject to satisfactory performance.
