Provision of Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates to the evolving NHSPS estate REF: SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256 LOT 10 Energy Efficiency and Associated Products The aim of this tender is to procure an experienced supplier to deliver compliance services for EPC's and DEC's across the NHSPS changing portfolio; ensuring our estate maintain compliance with current legislation and our properties can meet energy efficiency standards by complying with the Minimum Efficiency Standard (MEES) legislation as it evolves in the future. The supplier would be able to also provide NHSPS with the ability to analyze our estate and related certification to provide insight and reporting for both performance management and business insight
