Description
Durham University have a requirement to appoint executive recruitment agencies to assist with the search and recruitment of temporary, fixed-term and permanent senior roles within the University. The framework agreement is for a period of three (3) years in total with the possibility of a further 12 month extension, subject to performance and business requirements. The framework will be structured in the following way: Lot 1 - Senior Academic Roles Lot 2 - Executive Roles Lot 3 - Senior Professional Roles Lot 4 - Non-Executive Roles Lot 5 - Specialist Professional Roles Lot 6 - Executive or Senior Interim Roles Our framework supplier(s) will be viewed as an extension of the University's own recruitment team. You will beexpected to advise on market place conditions for the recruitment of positions within your appointed lot(s) andhelp increase the pool of candidates available to the University. Please note, recruitment for grant-funded roles will comply with the grant body.
