The Royal Parks (TRP) - Kensington Gardens Major Event - Soft Market Testing Information

The Royal Parks is in the process of scoping out a new event. This event will be held on Albert Lawns in Kensington Gardens and is expected to operate for up to five days, with the objectives of celebrating horticulture, helping nature thrive, and promoting sustainable practices in modern life. TRP is excited to partner with an Event Organiser who can bring their expertise, innovation and creativity to make this new major event a success. It is likely that the contract period will be for up to 5 years, (probably as a 3+2), starting in either 2026 or 2027 and for an event held annually in the months of either September or October.
