The Fund has an ongoing commitment to supporting employees with a range of benefits aimed at easing the cost of living and supporting financial wellbeing. These include exclusive discounts, cashback opportunities, salary sacrifice schemes, and additional savings initiatives that deliver real, everyday value. The desired provider for this service provides a broad range of services (listed below). They offer an agile solution which can be adapted to incorporate details of other benefits provided by the Fund. The platform can be accessed via a website and a mobile app through which employees can access savings and discounts in everyday life on the go. • Cashback cards • Affordable technology • Gym benefits • Holiday discounts • Cinema discounts These benefits as they are paid for directly by the employee (apart from the various salary sacrifice schemes which are recouped through monthly deductions from employee salaries). Direct award from ESPO Staff Benefits 319_23 Framework. Total Contract term: 24 months + 12 months + 12 months. Total Contract Value: up to and not exceeding 255,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Initial 24-month Term Value: 80,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension 1 Value: 85,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT). Optional 12-month Extension 2 Value: 90,000.00 GBP (excluding VAT).
