GP Homeless Outreach

The contract has been awarded to The Doctor Hickey Surgery following market engagement to invite capable providers. The Doctor Hickey Surgery has been established as the only capable provider. The contract is for a specialist GP service, delivering clinical support to Westminster's homeless population. The overarching outcome of the service is to reduce health inequalities and increase life expectancy, for the homeless population. This will be achieved by providing trauma- informed care that enables homeless patients to access healthcare services and, prevents avoidable emergency presentation at A&E, and non-elective admissions to secondary care.
