Strategic Business Skills Programme

The Authority is seeking to contract with a credible recognised professional body to develop and deliver a series of five modules (short courses) that combine into an educational programme that merges enduring aspects of the Business Skills College Defence Strategic Series with best in class professional director level education. The Programme is for 2 years 9 months with option to extend for 1 year. It is considered that this contract can be awarded using the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication of a contract notice pursuant to Article 32(2)(b)(i) of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the UK Public Contracts Regulations 2015) for technical reasons.
