Homes England - Help to Buy Arrears Management: Design Phase (Gcloud 13)

Homes England aims to improve the management of Help to Buy loans arrears and debt management.\r \r To support this, additional credit reference and debt information is required to be incorporated into the strategic data platform and shared with third parties to improve reporting, analysis and management of debt.\r \r This phase will focus on the completion of a solution design that will outline how the existing Data platform will be updated to ingress data from Experian (once per quarter) and Qualco (ad-hoc) and egress data from Homes England to Experian (once per month) and Qualco (ad-hoc).
