HMRC's Communications team are appointing a creative agency to enable the delivery of high-profile advertising campaigns which support the department's strategic objectives. The creative agency will • support with the development of campaign strategies • deliver creative concepts to meet campaign objectives • advise on/directly produce assets and marketing collateral for various media channels • support with matters such as usage rights and the supply of assets to media owners • manage influencer marketing activations • conduct due diligence and liaising with influencers to co-curate messaging and content Delivering a paid advertising campaign requires a unique skill-set, in-depth knowledge and expertise, bespoke tools/systems and human resources that are not available within HMRC.
