Description
Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Textiles and Associated Products via the Stock/eDirect/Direct route to market. This includes but is not limited to; Non Clinical Uniform & Workwear, Footwear inc Theatre, Non-Clinical Personal Protective Equipment, Linen, Towels & Launderable Products, Filled and Flat Bedding, Patient Wear, Shrouds and Miscellaneous Textiles. This framework agreement is for a total of 48 months. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of GBP £73,6320,000 ex Vat / £88,358,400 inc Vat throughout the duration of this framework agreement. However, this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement.

Lot 1 - Non-Clinical Uniform and Workwear Lot 2 - Footwear (including Theatre) Lot 3 - Non-Clinical PPE Lot 4 - Linen, Towels and Launderable Products Lot 5 - Filled & Flat Bedding Products Lot 6 - Patient Wear Lot 7 - Shrouds Lot 8 - Miscellaneous Textiles ISO 9001: 2015 or BS EN ISO 13485:2016 or Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDAP) accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (or international equivalent) to cover all segments of the Supplier's and the product's supply chain. This should include, but not be limited to, sales, manufacturing, storage and distribution. Third Party Audit Requirements for Lots 1 to 7. Also refer to Annex 1 Specification Document.
